Connect TikTok to your model
Use the pixel ID and Events API access token from the TikTok Ads account running your campaigns.
Where to find it
TikTok Ads Manager → Tools → Events. In Snackle: Models → select model → Conversion tracking → TikTok.
What to copy and where to find it
Pixel code: Open the web data source in TikTok Events Manager and copy its Pixel ID. Snackle calls this field Pixel code.
Events API access token: Use the Events API setup for that pixel to generate an access token. The official Events API guide below links to the available token-generation methods.
Test event code: Open the pixel’s Test Events view and copy the code for testing server events. Add it in Snackle before using Test.
How it works
A browser pixel and Events API are separate delivery channels. Snackle uses the saved configuration for the supported integration; you do not paste a JavaScript pixel snippet into these fields.
Snackle’s TikTok conversion delivery currently requires a matched TikTok ad click. An ordinary organic visit is not enough to prove ad attribution.
How to use it
- Select your advertiser account in TikTok Ads Manager and open Tools → Events.
- Select the existing web pixel. If needed, use Connect data source → Web and follow the manual setup flow to create one.
- Copy the Pixel ID, generate an Events API token, and paste both into Snackle.
- Add the Test Events code, Save, then Test. Check TikTok’s Test Events and diagnostics.
- Return to the link editor → Options → Conversion tracking → Refresh. Enable TikTok and save.
Good to know: Use credentials from the same intended pixel and advertiser account. A successful test verifies the test request, not a campaign’s attribution results.
