Trial, subscription, and access
Add a payment method through Stripe to start your seven-day free trial. Your monthly plan starts automatically after the trial unless you cancel. Free-usage models remain exempt.
When to use this
Use Billing when a trial is ending or editing access is restricted. Use Models instead if the issue is a missing creator or expired Fanvue permissions; a billing action will not repair a disconnected account.
Where to find it
Open Settings > Billing to review trial dates, model coverage, subscription status, and renewal or cancellation dates.
How it works
Whether Fanvue still needs to be connected.
Trial start, trial end, and remaining trial days.
Subscription status, trial or paid model slots, and free-usage models.
Manage billing & invoices opens Stripe for invoice downloads, payment details, slot changes, and cancellation.
How to use it
- Open Billing, choose your model count on Stripe and add a payment method to start your trial. Connecting Fanvue alone does not start it.
- Review the monthly total, applicable VAT and first payment date on Stripe. Eligible first-time subscribers have no subscription charge for seven days; returning subscribers do not get another trial.
- After checkout is confirmed, connect Fanvue and assign your trial or paid model slots on Models. Models with free usage enabled do not need slots.
- Use Manage billing & invoices for past invoices and subscription changes. Review any prorated amount and effective date before confirming. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the trial or current paid billing period.
- If payment succeeded but access has not updated, refresh Billing and contact support with the invoice reference if the issue persists. Reconnecting Fanvue does not repair a Stripe billing issue.
Good to know: When internal access ends, existing public Snackle links remain online; the restriction applies to the dashboard, model setup, and link editor.
