Guide 01

Start here: the Snackle workflow

Snackle works best as a simple loop: connect Fanvue, prepare a model, publish a link, then learn from the dashboard.

Open Models
Where to find it

After login, the main navigation contains Dashboard, Models, and Links. Start in Models if this is a new account.

What you’ll find

  • Dashboard - traffic, clicks, fans, revenue, and delivery results.
  • Models - Fanvue connections, model profiles, media, socials, and provider setup.
  • Links - every public Snackle URL and its publish, edit, copy, duplicate, and photo actions.

How to use it

  1. Connect Fanvue and allow the requested creator, tracking-link, subscription, and insights permissions.
  2. Open a synced model and complete its public profile, socials, and reusable media library.
  3. Create a link, select or create its Fanvue tracking link, and review the phone preview.
  4. Publish the link and place the Snackle URL in the matching campaign or social profile.
  5. Return to Dashboard and filter by model or link to evaluate results.

Good to know: Use a separate Snackle link for each traffic placement you want to compare, such as Instagram bio, Story, TikTok, or a paid campaign.

Guide 02

Dashboard

The Dashboard answers three questions: how much traffic arrived, what visitors clicked, and which Fanvue outcomes were connected to that traffic.

Open Dashboard
Where to find it

Choose Dashboard in the top navigation. Use the date, model, and link filters before interpreting any result.

What you’ll find

  • Profile views - counted landing-page visits after Snackle’s duplicate-view protection.
  • Button clicks - Fanvue CTA and social-link clicks; CTR is button clicks divided by profile views.
  • Revenue - Fanvue value matched back to tracked Snackle traffic.
  • Geographic traffic, live activity, clicks over time, the click-to-fan funnel, and traffic sources.
  • Fanvue linked data - matched followers, subscribers, purchases, revenue, and the model involved.
  • Conversion delivery - whether enabled advertising or analytics providers received each event.

How to use it

  1. Choose Today, 7, 30, or 90 days, All time, or enter a custom date range.
  2. Select one model for a creator-level view, then optionally narrow to one link.
  3. Compare Profile views with Button clicks and CTR to judge the landing page.
  4. Use Traffic sources and Geography to understand where visitors came from.
  5. Use Fanvue linked data and Conversion delivery to validate downstream results.
  6. Press Refresh when you expect new Fanvue activity or recent traffic.

Good to know: A low view count means fewer counted visits reached the Snackle link. Optional consent controls external tags; it does not stop necessary first-party profile-view and click counting.

Guide 03

Models and Fanvue connections

Models is the home for Fanvue account connections and reusable creator-level settings.

Open Models
Where to find it

Choose Models in the top navigation. Select a model card to open its detail page.

What you’ll find

  • Connected Fanvue accounts, whether each connection is Solo or Agency, and its synced model count.
  • Trial or subscription status for each connected creator group.
  • On a model: public profile details, social links, shared media, all model links, and conversion providers.
  • Quick link-level totals for clicks, matched fans, and revenue.

How to use it

  1. Use Connect Fanvue or Connect another Fanvue account to add a creator or agency.
  2. If permissions or roster data are stale, reconnect or re-sync from Fanvue.
  3. Open a model and save the display name, profile information, location, presence, and socials.
  4. Upload reusable SFW media once, then select it in any link for that model.
  5. Configure conversion-provider credentials at model level, then enable the desired providers per link.

Good to know: Disconnecting a Fanvue account hides its synced models and links until that account is reconnected; it does not silently transfer them to another account.

Guide 06

Images and A/B performance

The shared media library stores reusable model images; the Image performance page shows which selected variants attract clicks and subscribers.

Where to find it

Upload media on a model page or inside the link editor. From Links choose Photos to open performance for one link.

What you’ll find

  • Hero and CTA role selectors, including fixed single-image use or multi-image rotation.
  • Focal-point controls so crops stay centered on the important part of each image.
  • Shown, Clicks, CTR, Subscribers, and Conversion rate for each tested image.
  • Shared-model results across links, while older link-only images remain attributed to their original link.

How to use it

  1. Upload only SFW images you have permission to use.
  2. Select one image for a fixed design or multiple images in the same role for A/B rotation.
  3. Adjust the focal point and verify the crop in the phone preview.
  4. Let variants collect enough shown impressions before comparing CTR or conversion rate.
  5. Keep the stronger variant and remove or deselect weak creative without changing the public link.

Good to know: A variant with very few impressions can look unusually strong or weak by chance. Compare images only after they have received meaningful traffic.

Guide 07

Tracking, attribution, and consent

Snackle combines necessary first-party attribution with optional browser and provider tracking that activates only after visitor consent.

Read the privacy policy
Where to find it

Configure provider credentials in Models → choose a model → Conversion providers. Enable providers and traffic-source controls inside each link editor.

What you’ll find

  • Fanvue tracking links connect Snackle traffic with supported follower, subscriber, purchase, and revenue events.
  • Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and custom-webhook destinations where configured.
  • Hidden UTM assigns a source without exposing it in the public URL.
  • Soft lock fills only otherwise-Direct traffic; turning it off forces the selected source.
  • The site-wide consent banner appears across Snackle and offers Allow analytics or Only necessary.

How to use it

  1. Use a distinct Fanvue tracking link for every Snackle link you need to report separately.
  2. Test provider credentials on the model before enabling them on campaign links.
  3. Use Hidden UTM when a clean URL is required but a known placement still needs a source label.
  4. Leave Soft lock on when real UTM or click-identifier data should take priority.
  5. Check Conversion delivery in Dashboard for provider-ready, delivered, or failed events.

Good to know: Profile views and link clicks remain counted with necessary first-party processing. Optional browser tags and external conversion delivery wait for “Allow analytics”. Visitors can reopen the site-wide Privacy choices control on any Snackle page.

Guide 08

Trial, subscription, and access

Snackle starts a seven-day trial when Fanvue is first connected, then verifies paid access through the Fanvue App Store.

Open Billing
Where to find it

The Billing page opens when access needs attention. You can also open it directly to review trial dates and subscription status.

What you’ll find

  • Whether Fanvue still needs to be connected.
  • Trial start, trial end, and remaining trial days.
  • Active subscription, reconnect-required, or ended-access status.
  • A direct Subscribe on Fanvue action when paid access is required.

How to use it

  1. Connect Fanvue to begin the trial and synchronize the account.
  2. Before the trial ends, subscribe through the Snackle listing in the Fanvue App Store.
  3. If an active subscription is not recognized, reconnect Fanvue so permissions and subscription status can refresh.
  4. Return to Models after access is confirmed.

Good to know: When internal access ends, existing public Snackle links remain online; the restriction applies to the dashboard, model setup, and link editor.

Guide 09

Troubleshooting checklist

Start with the narrowest check: confirm the selected account, model, link, date range, and publish state before reconnecting anything.

Where to find it

Most fixes begin in Dashboard filters, Models connection status, or the relevant link’s Edit screen.

What you’ll find

  • Missing model - usually a stale Fanvue roster, disconnected account, or model outside the connected account.
  • Missing dashboard result - often the wrong date, model, or link filter, or normal Fanvue synchronization delay.
  • Public link unavailable - check that the link is Live and its model connection remains active.
  • Provider delivery failure - inspect Conversion delivery and retest the model-level provider credentials.

How to use it

  1. Clear Dashboard filters or select All time to rule out a narrow reporting window.
  2. Open Links and confirm the expected URL is Live rather than Draft.
  3. Open Models and confirm the correct Fanvue account and model are present.
  4. Reconnect Fanvue when the page explicitly reports expired or missing permissions.
  5. Record the model, public URL, approximate time, expected result, and screenshot before contacting support.

Good to know: Do not repeatedly disconnect and reconnect a healthy account. First capture the visible error and affected model so support can distinguish configuration, permissions, and temporary provider issues.

Guide 10

Contact support and report security issues

Send enough context for the issue to be reproduced without including passwords, OAuth tokens, payment details, or other secrets.

Email support
Where to find it

Email hello@snackle.fans for setup help, account questions, bug reports, privacy requests, or security reports.

What you’ll find

  • Setup and Fanvue connection assistance.
  • Unexpected dashboard, model, link, or tracking behavior.
  • Privacy and data-deletion requests.
  • Responsible security reporting.

How to use it

  1. Include your Snackle account email and the affected model or link.
  2. Describe what you expected, what happened instead, and the approximate time.
  3. Attach a screenshot when it helps, after removing sensitive data.
  4. For security issues, include reproducible steps and whether data may have been exposed.
  5. Do not disclose a vulnerability publicly before Snackle has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix it.

Good to know: Never send your Snackle password, Fanvue password, OAuth token, provider secret, recovery code, or full payment information by email.
